The Detroit Lions were without No. 2 running back Joique Bell Sunday, and No. 3 Theo Riddick was on the shelf as well. It didn't help starter Reggie Bush at all, though, as Bush was virtually silent in Detroit's 17-14 loss to the Buffalo Bills.
Reggie Bush has miserable day for Lions, fantasy owners
Even with the team’s second and third running backs on the shelf, Bush couldn’t get anything going. We break down the fantasy implications.

Bush ran the ball only six times Sunday for 13 yards. He added 30 receiving yards on two catches. The team's leading rusher in the game was rookie George Winn, who ran the ball 11 times for 48 yards.
Fantasy impact: Ultimately, the player this game probably helps the most is Bell, who very well might become the team’s unquestioned top running back when he returns from his concussion. Bush has been disappointing basically all season, and at this point he can’t be seen as a weekly starter in fantasy.
A healthy Bell could be a reasonable RB2, while Bush is more of a low-end flex at best. If Bell were to miss more time, Winn could be mildly interesting, considering the favorable schedule the Lions have coming up, but only in super-deep leagues.
