Washington tight end Jordan Reed (hamstring) says he feels better and that there's a good chance he'll play against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 6, according to ESPN's John Keim. Reed managed a single catch in the opening game of the season before going down hurt.
Jordan Reed says he’s feeling good, so should his fantasy owners
Washington’s tight end hasn’t played since the season opener, but says he feels better than he has all year. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Reports leading up to the team's Week 5 game against the Seattle Seahawks suggested Reed would play, but he was scratched in favor of Niles Paul for the fourth week in a row. That alone suggests that Reed is very close to being ready and can probably be slapped with a probable tag this time around.
Of course if Reed can’t go, Paul will see the majority of the snaps at tight end. Though Paul has had some solid efforts fantasy wise this year, he has just four catches in the last two games combined.
If both tight ends play, they’ll likely split snaps in some capacity. Who will get the lion’s share of the targets between the two is still up in the air, but the slight edge will likely go to Reed.
Fantasy owners would be advised to still start Reed this week if he does indeed get the go-ahead to play.
