Houston Texans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins has played in all five games this season, alongside veteran Andre Johnson. Hopkins, a second-year player out of Clemson who was a first-round pick a year ago, is out-performing Johnson, one of the top receivers in the NFL. Hopkins has caught 24 passes for 354 yards and three touchdowns, while Johnson has caught 27 passes for 320 yards.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 6: DeAndre Hopkins
DeAndre Hopkins has been solid this season, but he’s up against a defense that hasn’t been kind to receivers thus far. We break down the fantasy implications.

The difference is the fact that Johnson hasn't found the end zone yet this season. Hopkins has developed into a solid fantasy wide receiver, though both guys are suffering from lacking quarterback play -- the Ryan Fitzpatrick-led offense passes for just 211.0 yards per game, 24th in the league. On Sunday, the Texans will face the Indianapolis Colts, and Hopkins will be looking for another big game.
Fantasy Start/Sit: The issue is that the Colts are generally pretty solid against the pass, ranking No. 16 in the league. On top of that, they’re particularly strong against wide receivers, having only allowed three touchdown catches and, accordingly, few fantasy points to receivers this season. However, Hopkins has developed into a consistent threat and should be started unless he’s on a particularly deep team at the position. He’s not a must-start, but there’s not a mountain of evidence to suggest he should sit.
