The largely unsuccessful rookie season for Tennessee Titans running back Bishop Sankey continued Sunday. Despite a career-high in yards from scrimmage, Sankey was generally disappointing in the Titans' 21-7 loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
Fantasy football waiver wire, Week 11: Bishop Sankey continues to disappoint
The Tennessee rookie’s inability to make a mark in fantasy continued Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

The rookie carried the ball 17 times Sunday for 58 yards and added 19 receiving yards on three catches. His 77 total yards is the highest single-game total of his rookie campaign, having put up between 56 and 70 yards five times in his first eight games.
Fantasy impact: Early in the season, the frustrations with Sankey were in his usage, as he didn’t get more than 11 touches in a game through the first five weeks. Lately, however, the disappointment is all on Sankey -- he’s averaged 17 touches a game in his last four games, and has put up 6, 5, 5 and 6 fantasy points, respectively.
The thinking around these parts has long been that Sankey would eventually develop as the season went on and achieve fantasy relevance before all is said and done, and he was justifiable as a deep roster stash if possible. At this point, though, he’s nine games into his rookie year and averaging fewer than five fantasy points a game. Sankey could still have brighter days ahead of him, but you can’t count on them in 2014, and he’s not worth rostering.
