Every time it starts to look like Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is about to inject himself into the top tier of fantasy tight ends, he has a slip in production that knocks him back down. It happened again Sunday, as Kelce was barely a factor in Kansas City's 17-13 win over the Buffalo Bills.
Fantasy football waiver wire, Week 11: Travis Kelce has worst game of the season
Kansas City barely looked toward its tight end Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

At 419 yards and four touchdowns, Kelce came into Sunday's game as the Chiefs' leading receiver on the season. He was passed in total yardage by wide receiver Dwayne Bowe, though, as Kelce was targeted only twice Sunday. He caught both passes, going for 19 total yards.
Fantasy impact: The Chiefs have been reluctant to use Kelce full-time this season, usually opting for tight end Anthony Fasano unless they are in two-TE sets. The inconsistent field time will keep Kelce's overall value in check, even as he's had seven-plus fantasy points in five different games this season.
Ultimately, Kelce’s production on limited looks -- Sunday aside -- keeps him as a low-end starter at tight end. He won’t crack the position’s superstar tier, but Kelce will likely be top 10 most of the rest of the season.
