The Jets quarterback didn’t pass a lot, but when he threw it he threw it well. We break down the fantasy implications.

Vick didn't put up a lot of passing yardage Sunday -- the result of the Jets leading 17-0 after the first quarter and just looking to run out the clock the rest of the way -- but he did complete 10-of-18 pass attempts for 132 yards in the game. Vick threw touchdown passes to wide receiver T.J. Graham and tight end Jace Amaro in that big first quarter. The veteran quarterback also added 39 rushing yards on eight carries.
Fantasy impact: You have to wonder where the Jets would be this season had they gone with Vick as the starter from the beginning, as he clearly looks like a better option than Geno Smith. He’s not in the top tier of fantasy quarterbacks by any means, but Vick belongs firmly in the mid-to-low QB2 territory going forward, and barring injury he’ll have some relevance the rest of the way.
