The St. Louis Rams have been plagued with a muddy backfield for most of 2014. If Tre Mason continues at the level he's been playing, it won't be long before he has a firm grasp on the position of lead running back. On Sunday, Mason rushed for 48 yards on 14 carries. He also caught four passes for 33 yards. While the numbers aren't begging for headlines, it's worth noting that Mason was the team's leading rusher while also leading the team in receptions. On top of everything, Mason looked like the team's most talented running back.
Fantasy football waiver wire, Week 11: Tre Mason continues to see his stock rise
Mason starting to surface in the murky waters of the St. Louis backfield. We take a look at his fantasy value.

Fantasy impact: Lately, declaring a player as the No. 1 running back for the Rams doesn’t really equate to fantasy gold. However, Mason has shown more upside than any other running back since the start of the season. Expect Benny Cunningham to vulture a touchdown from time to time, but Mason should be a solid RB2 as the Rams head into a bit of an easier schedule.
