Preston Parker was the surprise performer for the New York Giants in Week 10. Parker caught all seven of his targets for 79 yards and one touchdown. Up until Sunday, Parker hadn't managed more than three receptions all season. Parker's performance was even more surprising considering he dropped a handful of his six targets in Week 9. Yet, the Giants were determined to utilize him against the Seattle Seahawks as they are weaker against the slot.
Fantasy football waiver wire, Week 11: Preston Parker breaks out
Preston Parker surprised many in Sunday’s loss to the Seahawks. We take a look at his fantasy value.

Fantasy impact: It’s hard to endorse Parker moving forward. If Parker is going to maintain any kind of fantasy value, it’s due to sheer target quantity. In other words, he has no apparent upside other than his situation. He’s slightly undersized and doesn’t have a high top speed to compensate. He did look effective getting separation at times, but his drop history is a real concern. There’s no reason to rush to the waiver wire for Parker just yet.
