It's been several weeks since Tre Mason took over as the St. Louis Rams' primary ball carrier. He's faced a gauntlet of tough run defenses since then. However, Mason is still putting together a solid rookie season. Things will get easier for Mason, who faces the Chargers and Raiders over the next two weeks. In Week 11, Mason rushed for 113 yards on 29 carries. Benny Cunningham saw just two carries on the afternoon. Mason hasn't scored a touchdown since Week 7, but it's only a matter of time with the workload he's been given.
Fantasy football waiver wire, Week 12: Tre Mason should be scooped up as leagues head into fantasy playoffs
Tre Mason continues to produce, but his lack of a breakout performance may have kept him on your waiver wire.

Fantasy impact: The Rams backfield seems more settled than it’s been all season. Owned in barely half of fantasy leagues, Mason should be grabbed off the waiver wire if possible. Not only do the next few weeks get easier for Mason, but the Rams seem to get more confident with him each week. He’s a must-own outside of very shallow leagues. He’ll be a solid RB2 moving forward.
