With Reggie Bush dealing with an ankle injury, running back Theo Riddick was expected to be the beneficiary as a receiver out of the backfield. On Sunday, Riddick finished with just three receptions for 24 yards, rushing twice for 2 yards. It was largely a disappointment because Riddick has stepped up in place of Bush in the past. It wasn't entirely Riddick's fault -- Matthew Stafford and the rest of the Detroit Lions offense played poorly in Week 11. Stafford threw for just 183 yards against a tough Arizona Cardinals defense. Assuming Bush remains sidelined, the Lions will need more from Riddick when they face the New England Patriots in Week 12.
Fantasy football waiver wire, Week 12: Theo Riddick still has upside in absence of Reggie Bush
Theo Riddick fell short of expectations on Sunday. We take a look at his fantasy value moving forward.

Fantasy impact: Riddick is more of a PPR option than anything else, but he was heading into Sunday’s game with three touchdowns through the previous five weeks. He’s difficult to predict, but if Bush doesn’t suit up for Week 12, Riddick is a decent flex streamer -- especially in PPR leagues.
