The Tampa Bay Buccaneers thought they had their running back of the future in Doug Martin, but that's no longer the case. On top of being ineffective, he is going to miss this week against the Cleveland Browns in Week 9.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 9: Bobby Rainey, Charles Sims
The Buccaneers have a new look to their backfield. Should fantasy owners feel comfortable starting either guy?

However, they could possibly get rookie tailback Charles Sims back for his first game as a pro. Sims suffered a broken ankle over the summer and has been limited in practice this week. The team has been high on Sims since taking him in the 2014 draft, so he might get some serious run as long as he's healthy.
Meanwhile, running back Bobby Rainey has really cooled off since his 144-yard game against St. Louis Rams in Week 2. He hasn't ran for more than 42 yards in any game since and has been phased out of the offense.
Fantasy impact: Unless Sims is inactive, fantasy owners will probably want to steer clear. If Sims sits, Rainey is a decent RB2 because he would get all the carries he can handle. Sims is also a nice stash candidate.
