Perhaps no player last season came out of the blue quite like San Diego Chargers receiver Keenan Allen. Well, this year he's dropped back down into the abyss with an extremely slow start.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 9: Keenan Allen
Keenan Allen is finally starting to come around. Has he done enough lately to use in fantasy lineups?

However, he turned in a nice game against the Denver Broncos last week, catching nine passes for 73 yards and his first score. Allen does have six games with less than 60 receiving yards on the year, so it's hard to say he's "back."
This week, he'll get a tough matchup against the Miami Dolphins on the road. The Dolphins have actually held the receivers from the Chicago Bears and New England Patriots in check with no scores. The Chargers are likely going to be more pass-happy, so the targets should be there for Allen.
Fantasy impact: The volume should be there for Allen, which means you should probably start him in a PPR format. He’s more of a WR3 in standards, though.
