Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Mark Sanchez is in line to be the starter going forward while Nick Foles is out with a broken collarbone. But how did Sanchez perform in relief on Sunday? Head coach Chip Kelly indicated the Eagles didn't miss a beat on the offensive side of the ball, according to Bob Ford of Philly.com.
Mark Sanchez played well enough for Chip Kelly; fantasy value still iffy
Mark Sanchez is replacing Nick Foles due to injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

Sanchez completed 15 of 22 passes for 202 yards and two touchdowns, but he also had a pair of interceptions. Before going down with injury, Foles had completed 10 passes for 124 yards with a touchdown and an interception. Unlike his huge run last year, Foles hasn’t been particularly careful with the ball this season, as he has 13 touchdowns and 10 interceptions on the year.
Fantasy Impact: Sanchez did play well enough for the Eagles to pick up the win and that’s the most important thing here. The Eagles are obviously confident in him going forward, so he’ll be the guy to replace Foles. We all know Sanchez is more than capable of totally self-destructing and committing a ton of turnovers, but for now, he’s the best option for Foles fantasy owners.
