There's still no concrete timetable on when Buffalo Bills running back Fred Jackson will be able to return to the team. Jackson sustained a groin injury in Week 7 and the initial prognosis was that it would take around four weeks to heal up. That time hasn't passed yet, but there also haven't been any updates to his status. Jackson has only said that he he wants to "get out there and play as soon as possible," according to the team website.
Fred Jackson trying to come back sooner rather than later; no fantasy value just yet
Buffalo Bills running back Fred Jackson still has no solid timetable on his return. We break down the fantasy implications.

Buffalo has had some bad luck at the running back position. Jackson was running well before his injury, with 55 carries for 239 yards and a touchdown, and C.J. Spiller also looked solid before he went down. This means a combination of Bryce Brown and Anthony Dixon will be carrying the load going forward, until Jackson is able to return.
Fantasy Impact: At this point, it seems unlikely that Jackson will be able to play in Week 10 against the Kansas City Chiefs. Buffalo just had a bye week in Week 9 and practice should at least give us some info. But for now, fantasy owners should expect Jackson to be out for another week.
