Miami Dolphins running back Lamar Miller (shoulder) has resumed practicing and should be ready to go when the team takes on the Detroit Lions in Week 10, according to Andrew Abramson of the Palm Beach Post. Miller rushed for 49 yards and a touchdown to go with one catch for 8 yards against the San Diego Chargers in Week 9.
Lamar Miller practicing all week, ready to battle through tough fantasy matchup for owners
The Dolphins’ de-facto number one rusher appears to have overcome a recent injury and will play in Week 10. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: It's encouraging to see Miller practicing on a regular schedule despite the ailment. He's also played well with Knowshon Moreno (elbow) on injured reserve.
That said, the team is still giving carries to Damien Williams and Daniel Thomas. While both have proved ineffective, they are still eating into Miller's touches. It's just too bad he can't seem to get enough trust from the coaching staff to garner more than 15 carries a game on a regular basis.
Nevertheless, Miller should be in starting lineups for fantasy owners against the Lions on Sunday, just as long as owners don’t bet on a big performance against a really strong Lions defense.
