Cleveland Browns quarterback Brian Hoyer hasn't had a tough time keeping Johnny Manziel at bay. The Browns have a 5-3 record and are coming in relatively hot with four wins in their last three games. They'll get a huge game against the Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 10: Brian Hoyer
Hoyer travels to Cincinnati on a short week. Should fantasy owners start him in a two-quarterback league?

The Bengals have been pretty solid as a pass defense as the 12th-toughest matchups for fantasy quarterbacks. However, they have allowed two passing touchdowns in five of the last six games. Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles even put up 247 yards and two scores. The Bengals have been battling injuries and they're not quite the same, so it's not as tough as it was earlier this season.
Still, Hoyer hasn’t been dominant this season with just one 300-yard game and only two multiple-score games. Plus, the short week on the road hasn’t worked out for a number of quarterbacks.
Fantasy impact: There are just too many question marks on Hoyer right now. Fantasy owners should view him as more of a QB20-24 because the Browns should look to run the ball a lot more.
