Cleveland Browns running back Ben Tate started off his season on a down note, suffering a knee injury in Week 1. Since his return to the lineup in Week 5, it's been a mixed bag for his fantasy owners and the trend has been downward.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 10: Ben Tate
Tate lost some ground on Sunday in Week 9. Can he bounce back for fantasy owners in Week 10?

He started off with a bang, rushing for 124 yards on 22 touches, and followed that up with a 25-touch, two-score game in Week 6. However, his carries and rushing yards have decreased in every week since, finishing with just 10 carries for a paltry three yards in Week 9. Plus, the Browns ground attack has looked lost since center Alex Mack went down.
The Browns have suddenly been using Terrence West more, which is a surprise because he was benched earlier in the season. This messy situation comes at a bad time with the team traveling to play the Cincinnati Bengals. The Bengals are the 24th-toughest matchup for fantasy running backs and have been gashed lately.
Fantasy impact: It’s just too tough to play Tate right now.
