The 2014 Detroit Lions aren't your older brother's Lions. They used to be down 20 points at halftime too often, but now they're armed with one of the NFL's best defenses.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 10: Reggie Bush
Reggie Bush finally took some time off to get healthy. Should fantasy owners count on him right away?

They've put together a 6-2 start and did so without a healthy Calvin Johnson at receiver or Reggie Bush at running back, which would have seemed crazy back in 2012. This week, they'll get both guys back after a bye.
While Bush was out, backup Theo Riddick thrived in his role as a replacement, but Riddick is not likely to take any snaps away from Bush -- even with his struggles before the injury. Joique Bell is still around and should see the lion's share (no pun intended).
The Lions' ground game has an average matchup against the Miami Dolphins, who rank 14th in fantasy points allowed to running backs. Although, they have given up a lot of receiving yards to backs, such as the Chicago Bears' Matt Forte, the Kansas City Chiefs' Jamaal Charles, the New England Patriots' Shane Vereen and a few others.
Fantasy impact: It’s still not a great matchup for Bush, who has been out since Oct. 19. He’s more of a PPR flex right now. He should be owned in all leagues, though.
