Rams vs. Cardinals fantasy projections: Kenny Britt, Andre Ellington, Carson Palmer among strong options
We break down the Week 10 matchup between the St. Louis Rams and the Arizona Cardinals.

St. Louis Rams
When wide receiver Brian Quick broke his arm a few weeks ago, it was clear the Rams receiving corps was going to be in some trouble. As a result, former rising star Kenny Britt has had to step into the No. 1 spot and while he probably isn't going to be the superstar he was once pegged to be, he's definitely emerged as the team's most reliable option in the passing game. Britt only caught two passes last week, one for his second touchdown of the season. If the Rams have any chance of keeping the Cardinals close on Sunday, Britt will likely end up being the top performer in the team's passing game.
If Britt really is going to stop it up to another level on Sunday, quarterback Austin Davis will need to play better. He had been one of the biggest surprises in the fantasy community after taking over for both Sam Bradford and Shawn Hill due to injuries, but lately Davis has come crashing back down to earth. The Cardinals do have some good cornerbacks, but they have given up their share of fantasy points this season. Perhaps Davis will manage to put together a surprising big game in Week 10.
Arizona Cardinals
For the first time this season, quarterback Carson Palmer threw three touchdown passes in a game last week against the Dallas Cowboys. Although the Cowboys were shorthanded with quarterback Tony Romo out, the Cardinals still looked impressive and have made their case for being the best team in the NFC this season going into the second half. Palmer likely won't need to be as good to beat up on the Rams, but he seems like a lock for 250 passing yards and a pair of touchdowns on Sunday, something he's been able to consistently accomplish all year long. He will be a popular fantasy starter this week, especially in deeper leagues.
When the Cardinals do have to go to the ground game, Andre Ellington will be the workhorse carrying the load. He still hasn't eclipsed 100 yards rushing in a game this season, but he more than makes up for it in the passing game, which means his all-around yardage total this Sunday against the Rams should be nothing less than impressive. Fantasy owners should start Ellington as they normally would and hope that this might be the week he finally cracks that 100-yard plateau.
