Buffalo Bills running back Fred Jackson (groin) and receiver Sammy Watkins (groin) are active against the Kansas City Chiefs. Jackson has been out of the lineup since Oct. 9 and Watkins suffered his groin injury last week.
Fred Jackson, Sammy Watkins active for fantasy owners in Week 10
The Buffalo Bills will have both Fred Jackson and Sammy Watkins in the lineup for Week 10. We break down the fantasy implications.

There has been some optimism on Jackson this morning and he could wind up seeing most of the work at running back with C.J. Spiller still out of the lineup. The Chiefs have been outstanding at stopping the run as the third-toughest defense against fantasy running backs.
Meanwhile, Watkins appears to be a little less healthy than Jackson. On Friday, coach Doug Marrone said he did not expect Watkins to play and the Bills were a bit secretive earlier this week, which is usually a bad sign. Regardless, Chiefs are the 12th-toughest defense against fantasy receivers and Watkins won't be going off like he did in Week 8 against the New York Jets. Plus, KC has improved as the year has gone along.
Play Fanduel, Win big money
Fantasy impact: Neither player is worth a look in standard leagues. It would appear Jackson is a little safer play, but he’s more of a flex option.
