It's unfortunate for both Austin and the Browns that he's done for the year. Josh Gordon recently returned from suspension, and Austin's presence opposite him would have given the team at chain mover to complement its deep threat.
Overall, Austin has played just one full season’s worth of games in the last four years, and skills-wise it looks like his best days are behind him. Combine those factors with an iffy quarterback situation in Cleveland, and perhaps his fantasy value was limited anyway.
Andrew Hawkins should see an increase in value now that Austin's 2014 campaign is over.
