Denver Broncos tight end Julius Thomas (foot) took part in practice on Wednesday but only in a limited fashion, according to ESPN's Jeff Legwold.
Julius Thomas practices, Jacob Tamme sidelined, fantasy switcheroo likely in Denver
The Broncos’ two best tight ends appear to be trading places this week as both deal with injuries. We break down the fantasy implications.

Thomas has missed the team’s last two games with the injury.
Fantasy Impact: With teammate Jacob Tamme (ribs/back) missing practice completely on Wednesday, it seems like the two tight ends are going to trade places in time for Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills.
While Buffalo has been pretty good against fantasy tight ends this season, it's no secret that the Broncos offense is a well-oiled machine, and Thomas is one of the best tight ends in the league. He has 12 touchdowns this season and is in the same class as the New Orleans Saints' Jimmy Graham and the New England Patriots' Rob Gronkowski.
Fantasy owners should definitely start Thomas if he is indeed able to play on Sunday. Should he sit out again, it likely means that wide receivers Emmanuel Sanders and Demaryius Thomas stand to get a ton of looks.
