Carolina Panthers tight end Greg Olsen (knee) did not practice on Wednesday, according to ESPN's David Newton. Olsen took a hit to the knee last week against the Minnesota Vikings but was able to return to the game. He had five catches for 59 yards in that contest.
Greg Olsen skips practice Wednesday to nurse knee; fantasy status questionable
The Panthers tight end missed practice on Wednesday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Olsen is fully expected to play on Sunday, but how effective he will be against the New Orleans Saints remains to be seen.
While he did manage to finish the game last week, Olsen limped noticeably and just wasn’t himself. With 61 catches and five touchdowns this year, he is easily the Panthers’ most reliable pass catcher.
However, he hasn’t scored a touchdown since Week 6, and even though some fantasy owners might want to hold that against him, the truth is that Carolina’s passing game has been absolutely horrific for the entire second half of the season.
Fantasy owners are advised to watch updated injury reports as Sunday’s game draws closer.
