Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Torrey Smith missed team practice on Thursday, according to Aaron Wilson of The Baltimore Sun. Smith has a knee injury and has now missed two consecutive practice sessions. The initial thought was that he'd be good to go on Sunday against the Miami Dolphins, but with two missed practices, his status is essentially up in the air.
Torrey Smith misses practice again; fantasy status iffy
Torrey Smith missed practice on Thursday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Smith is still expected to play, but if he can’t work in a limited practice session on Friday at the very least then his status becomes a huge question mark. Fantasy owners will need to see how that goes, and should watch the headlines on both Saturday and Sunday to see what his status ends up being on the injury report. The Ravens play the Dolphins in the early slate of games on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact: Smith is having something of a down year. He’s second on the team with 38 receptions for 609 yards. His eight touchdowns lead the club and finding the end zone is the one area where he’s really shining. It’s also the one area he’d be sorely missed against the Dolphins, who have been excellent at defending the pass this season. They’ve allowed just 198.2 passing yards per game, which ranks second in the NFL.
