Houston Texans running back Arian Foster returned to practice on Thursday, according to Drew Dougherty of the team website. Foster said prior to practice that he would be a full participant, so there's no reason to expect otherwise. He is coming off a groin injury that forced him out of multiple games, but he did manage to return in Week 13 against the Tennessee Titans.
Arian Foster returns to practice; fantasy value high for Week 14 vs. Jaguars
Houston Texans running back Arian Foster returned to practice on Thursday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Foster carried the ball 19 times for 79 yards against the Titans, and added five receptions for 26 yards and a touchdown. He missed two games with the groin injury, and was passed as the NFL’s second-leading rusher. He actually fell out of the top five but is making his way back, currently ranked sixth with 180 carries for 901 yards and seven touchdowns.
Fantasy Impact: It sounds like Foster missed practice on Wednesday only so the Texans could give him a rest and manage his reps. He's practicing in full on Thursday, and barring any setbacks should get in a similar session on Friday before Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Houston is still in the playoff running, but just barely. Foster is a must-start against Jacksonville.
