Cam Newton gets a good matchup on Sunday, but should his fantasy owners use him?

In Week 13, he put up another dud against the Minnesota Vikings with just 194 passing yards, one passing score and one interception. Newton has just two games with more than 20 fantasy points, which is something his fantasy owners asked for on a weekly basis.
This week, he'll have a fantastic chance to put up 20 points against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday. The Saints are the seventh-easiest matchup for fantasy quarterbacks and are coming off a bad game against the Pittsburgh Steelers and quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.
Surprisingly, Cam was held in check against the Saints back on Week 9. The Saints put all sorts of pressure on him, but the Panthers should do a better job protecting him.
Fantasy impact: It’s in a dome and Cam should have a good chance for a big day due to his defense struggling. He’s a top-eight quarterback with a high ceiling and some decent risk.
