Turns out there might have been a reason Jacksonville Jaguars running back Denard Robinson was the team's third option earlier in the season. After a hot stretch of games in the middle of the season, Robinson's numbers have fallen off in a big way, and Sunday was his third straight bad performance as the Jaguars lost, 27-13, to the Houston Texans.
Fantasy football waiver wire, Week 15: Denard Robinson can’t get it going
That’s three straight rough games for the Jacksonville running back. We break down the fantasy implications.

Robinson had 10 rushes for 30 yards in Sunday’s game. He was targeted with two passes, but Sunday was his first game without a reception since Week 7, and he hasn’t scored a touchdown since Week 10, before the Jaguars’ bye. This after Robinson averaged 15.5 fantasy points a game Weeks 7-10.
Fantasy impact: These numbers after such a strong stretch in the starting job have to be frustrating; fantasy owners had invested in Robinson all over the place during his strong performances, and these struggles have hurt a lot of them.
The truth of it, though, is that the Jaguars don't have a lot of options. The offensive line is still in shambles, and it's not like Toby Gerhart or Storm Johnson did much with the starting gig when each had it. Going forward, Robinson will be a low-end flex play at best, and it will be hard to use him.
