Fantasy football waiver wire, Week 15: Andre Williams has big game
The Giants rookie running back put up 20 fantasy points Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Williams carried the ball 24 times Sunday for 131 yards and a touchdown, and caught three passes for 16 more yards. The running back has put up decent fantasy numbers this season, playing four games without Jennings. Since Week 3, the rookie Williams has averaged 8.7 fantasy points a game, including five games of 10 or more points.
Fantasy impact: It’s hard to put much trust in Williams, if only because Jennings is likely to be much closer to 100 percent in Week 15 than he was in Week 14. Still, three of Williams’ big fantasy days came with Jennings on the field, so the starter’s return won’t make the rookie useless by any means.
With that said, being relegated to the backup role will make Williams tough to use in fantasy as anything more than a handcuff. He needs to be owned by all Jennings owners; anyone else can invest in him if it’s desperate, but he can’t be relied on.
