Le'Veon Bell was the most impressive player on the field for the Steelers offense Thursday night against the Ravens. Bell rushed for 59 yards on 11 carries and caught five passes for 48 yards in Week 2.
Le’Veon Bell tops Steelers in fantasy production Thursday night
Bell was effective running the ball in Week 2, but the Steelers didn’t give him enough carries as they fell behind.

Despite averaging 5.9 yards per carry, the Steelers abandoned the run game after the fell behind. Ben Roethlisberger threw a whopping 37 passes.
Fantasy impact: We’re seeing a much improved version of Bell in 2014. He was elusive in the open field and displayed great vision on several runs, finding holes and bouncing outside to extend them. It was disappointing to see him sit on just 11 carries on the night.
The Steelers face an even tougher defense next week when they take on the Panthers. With the way Bell is playing, he's locking himself in as a RB1. However, his team needs to remain competitive to keep him active on the ground. PPR owners will be pleased with his receiving production.
