Bernard Pierce rushed for 96 yards on 22 carries against the Steelers on Thursday night, while Justin Forsett gained 56 yards on eight carries in Week 2.
Bernard Pierce outscores Justin Forsett in fantasy for Week 2
The Ravens used Pierce and Forsett throughout Thursday night, but it was clear who the No. 1 running back was.

After riding the bench for fumbling in the first game of the year, Pierce became the No. 1 back again for Baltimore. He struggled early, but gradually broke off a few decent runs. However, as Patrick Daugherty of Rotoworld points out, Pierce carried the ball four times inside the Steelers 5-yard line and failed to score.
Fantasy impact: Pierce averaged 4.4 yards per carry on the night, but owners should take into consideration the Ravens won't be far in front every game. Baltimore fed him the ball in the fourth quarter to kill the clock.
Neither running back was overly impressive and they'll likely continue to split time out of the backfield. Rookie running back Lorenzo Taliaferro remains a sleeper candidate in some circles. He didn't touch the ball on Thursday, though.
