Fantasy impact: Owners might cringe a bit every time Harvin gets hit, but for now we’re just keeping our fingers crossed he remains healthy. Harvin’s speed was put on display several times by Seattle, and we would expect that to continue each weekly. A total of 160 all purpose yards is a nice start to the season.
We saw Harvin’s average draft position rise a bit leading up to the season. Many owners were able to pick him up at the end of Round 4 and later. Seeing Harvin’s usage in Week 1, there’s nothing to worry about as long as he’s healthy. The Seahawks know how to get the ball in his hands.
