The Indianapolis Colts rushed for 54 yards in Week 1 against the Denver Broncos, with 19 yards coming from Andrew Luck. Trent Richardson finished the night with 20 yards on six carries while Ahmad Bradshaw managed 15 yards on three attempts.
Ahmad Bradshaw outpaces Trent Richardson in fantasy for Week 1
The Colts run game was almost nonexistent on Sunday night, but Bradshaw made a bigger impact in the receiving game.

Bradshaw made a significant impact in the receiving game, catching five passes for 70 yards. Richardson hauled in three catches for 31 yards against Denver.
Fantasy impact: Richardson looked decent at times with his receiving skills, but he failed to get anything going on the ground once again. The Colts basically abandoned the run game as they were trailing for the majority of the night.
Bradshaw saw third-down work and made the most of his touches, consistently fighting for extra yardage. The Colts should give him more carries going forward. They really have nothing to lose at this point. Luck can’t win every game throwing the ball 50-plus times without any kind of help from his backfield. Bradshaw is certainly worth adding if he’s available in your league.
