The Pittsburgh Steelers appeared to avoid disaster despite quarterback Ben Roethlisberger having to be carted off during their 12-6 win over the St. Louis Rams.
Fantasy start/sit advice, Week 4: Michael Vick
The Steelers came away with a Week 3 win, but lost Ben Roethlisberger for multiple weeks with a knee injury. Will Michael Vick thrive in his place? We break down the fantasy implications.

It was feared that Roethlisberger had torn his ACL, but it is instead a sprained MCL that will keep their franchise quarterback out of action for four to six weeks. In the meantime, Michael Vick will man duties under center. In relief of Big Ben, Vick completed 5 of 6 passes for 38 yards and led the offense to just 60 total yards after coming in late in the third quarter.
Fantasy impact: Having to come off the bench on the road against an elite Rams pass rush is a tall task for anyone to take on. The good news for Vick is that he should encounter smoother sailing on Thursday night vs. the Baltimore Ravens, who just allowed back-to-back games of 350-plus yards and three touchdowns to Derek Carr and Andy Dalton. Vick will likely have his share of struggles, but any quarterback that gets to throw to Antonio Brown and hand off to Le'Veon B ell is a quarterback put into a spot where he can succeed.
Streaming quarterbacks has long been a tactic used by fantasy owners who acknowledge the depth of the position, and with Tony Romo, Drew Brees and now Roethlisberger nursing injuries, Vick wouldn't be a bad option for Week 4. The veteran can be considered a high-end QB2.
