Cleveland Browns quarterback Josh McCown will practice at a limited basis on Wednesday, according to Daryl Ruiter of 92.3 The Fan.
Josh McCown practices Wednesday, could suit up for fantasy owners
Even amid a reeling season, the Browns appear poised to get their veteran quarterback under center for Week 10 instead of Johnny Manziel. We break down the fantasy implications.

McCown was forced to sit out Thursday’s game since he would have had to have taken the field on a short week with two significant injuries suffered in the two games preceding it. The week of rest appears to have done McCown well, as practicing early in the week indicates he has turned a corner from shoulder and rib injuries he sustained in recent weeks.
Fantasy impact: It doesn't appear that there is enough pressure for Mike Pettine to insert Johnny Manziel as the starting quarterback for the 2-7 Cleveland Browns. If that remains the case, the floor and ceiling remain intact for Gary Barnidge, Duke Johnson and Travis Benjamin in the passing game, who can't boast the same potential with the high variance play of a quarterback like Manziel.
McCown, health permitting, will have high-end QB2 consideration against an exploitable Pittsburgh Steelers secondary.
