Buffalo Bills running back Karlos Williams is not expected to be active on Sunday, according to ESPN's Mike Rodak.
Karlos Williams ‘doesn’t look good’ for Sunday, can stay on fantasy benches
The Bills’ rookie running back will likely miss his second straight game. We break down the fantasy implications.

Rodak's report stems from the sentiments of head coach Rex Ryan, who said "it doesn't look good" regarding Williams' status. Ryan had expressed optimism earlier in the week on Williams' availability, but it appears that the rookie running back has not made enough progress after being bounced from action in Week 12 due to a shoulder injury.
Fantasy impact: LeSean McCoy will likely be given all the carries he can handle against his former team on Sunday, while Mike Gillislee will step into Williams' complementary role as he did in Week 13. Though Williams has been fantasy-relevant despite such a small role, Gillislee won't garner the same flex consideration in standard leagues that Williams did.
In a game where McCoy should have plenty of motivation, he is a high-end RB1 on Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles.
