Green Bay Packers running back Eddie Lacy remains "focused," according to Ryan Wood of Press-Gazette Media.
Eddie Lacy remains ‘focused’ after big game, rejoins fantasy’s elite running backs
A resurgent Eddie Lacy continues to put a dreadful start to the season in the past. We break down the fantasy implications.

One week after receiving just six touches due to violating team curfew, Lacy had his biggest game of the season, leading the charge in a run-heavy game plan as rain poured over Lambeau Field. Lacy finished the afternoon with 148 yards on 25 touches, and sealed the 28-7 win with a late touchdown run.

“Just getting back on track,” Lacy said. “I know the last few weeks, things were a little different, but I think it was just the way to show me this is what I love to do and, without it, I’m miserable. And with Coach taking me out and going through that, it just showed me that’s not what I want. And by him giving me a chance to come out and redeem myself, I think it was just a blessing in disguise.
“It showed me without this game, without this sport, I’m not happy. I’m unhappy because this is what I like. So I think it was just something that had to happen to jump-start and keep my mind focused like I’ve always been.”
Fantasy impact: With the exception of Week 13’s limited action, Lacy’s owners have to be encouraged. He now has three 100-yard outings over his last four weeks, and has silenced concerned remarks about his health by powering through his opponents and finally reverting back to the running back who logged over 1,000 rushing yards in his first two seasons.
Fantasy owners who weathered the storm with a struggling Lacy are now being rewarded with RB1 outputs, and should treat him as such as the season nears its close. He has a fabulous matchup with the Oakland Raiders in Week 15 and should be started in leagues of all formats.
