Buffalo Bills running back Karlos Williams returned to practice on Wednesday, according to Sal Capaccio of WGR 550.
Karlos Williams returns to practice, presents fantasy upside if active
Karlos Williams is on track to suit up on Sunday after returning to Wednesday’s practice session.

Williams has not practiced since being bounced from Week 12's loss to the Kansas City Chiefs due to a shoulder injury, but returning to the field so early in the week bodes well for his Week 15 availability against Washington. The Bills need a miracle to make the playoffs, though they are not mathematically eliminated, so it is conceivable that they will do what they can to get all hands on deck for a must-win game.
Fantasy impact: Williams was officially limited in practice, so fantasy owners will still have to monitor practice reports to see if he will be available for Sunday’s contest. A running back who is a secondary option in the backfield does not usually get much fantasy consideration, but the Bills remain a run-heavy team and Williams has found the end zone seven times this season. Against a Washington defense that has been depleted by injury, Williams could find room to run.
Fantasy owners who have made it this far will likely have better backfield options than Williams, but he can be considered a flex with upside in standard formats if he takes the field on Sunday.
