Kansas City Chiefs running back Spencer Ware is not practicing on Wednesday, according to Herbie Teope of ChiefsDigest.com.
Spencer Ware not practicing Wednesday, fantasy status unclear for Week 15
The Chiefs may have to turn to Charcandrick West in a featured role once again with Spencer Ware ailing. We break down the fantasy implications.

Ware exited Sunday's matchup with the San Diego Chargers with a rib injury, and although his X-rays were negative, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported Monday that Ware remained "bruised, swollen and in pain." Charcandrick West would be thrust into a featured role if West remains sidelined on Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens.
Fantasy impact: West’s owners need to monitor Ware’s status closely as practices throughout the week progress, as he would be in line for a workload and matchup that could make him one of fantasy football’s preferred plays for Week 15. If Ware gets the nod, he would be more of a flex option in standard leagues, and hard to trust even against a depleted Ravens defense.
With West being the more versatile of the backs in Kansas City, he remains on the RB2/flex radar if Ware suits up. If he sits, West is firmly in RB1 territory and could give fantasy owners a much desired boost in the playoffs.
