Denver Broncos quarterback Brock Osweiler will be the team's starting quarterback for the rest of the season "barring significant changes," according to Bleacher Report's Jason Cole.
Brock Osweiler could be Broncos starting QB for rest of the season, per report; fantasy value rising
The Broncos could be prepared to start Brock Osweiler for the remainder of the season, regardless of Peyton Manning’s health. We break down the fantasy implications.

Despite Cole’s report, the Broncos have since fired back on Twitter, stating that “no decision has been made on our QB situation beyond this week, contrary to speculation from Bleacher Report based on ‘anonymous sources.’”
Fantasy impact: It would take a lot to bench Osweiler after leading the Broncos to consecutive victories and managing games with an elite defense keeping the team in it. It’s especially difficult to envision a scenario where Peyton Manning takes over, when Osweiler’s steady play is compounded with Manning’s torn plantar fascia and a 9:17 touchdown to interception ratio.
Osweiler has the weapons around him to have fantasy upside, but the 2015 Broncos are nowhere near the level of the offenses they have fielded with Manning in previous seasons. Against a middling Chargers pass defense, Osweiler makes for a mid-range QB2 for Week 13.
