Arizona Cardinals receiver Michael Floyd came through his fantasy owners last week. He caught five passes for 102 yards and one score against a very good Minnesota Vikings defense. Floyd also caught seven passes for 104 yards against another tough defense in the St. Louis Rams in Week 13.
Fantasy football start/sit, Week 15: Michael Floyd coming off big week
MIchael Floyd destroyed the Vikings last week, should fantasy owners use them again?
This week, he gets a great matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles, who are the second-best matchup for fantasy receivers. Since Week 9, the Eagles have allowed three or more touchdowns to receivers in half of their games. Plus, they are prone to the deep ball, which is right up Floyd's alley.
The Cardinals are on the road, which might actually be a good thing because the Cardinals could blow out the Eagles. Plus, the Eagles aren’t even great at home as a defense.
Fantasy impact: Floyd has some risk this week, but he’s a fine WR2 in standard leagues and is more of a low-end WR2 in PPR.
