The San Francisco 49ers have a lot of issues with their offensive game and have a mess in their passing game. Meanwhile, running back Shaun Draughn will be getting most of the work against the Cincinnati Bengals this week.
Fantasy football start/sit, Week 15: Shaun Draughn looks for a bounce back
Shaun Draughn didn’t capitalize on his big chance in Week 14, but he gets another nice chance for Week 15 for his fantasy owners.
Last week, he had 11 of the 14 running back carries against the Cleveland Browns. He was also targeted three times in the passing game. Although, Draughn lost a big chunk of snaps to to Travaris Cadet. Plus, the 49ers are likely going to have to play from behind, so Draughn probably won’t be at 75 percent of the touches.
The matchup for him is not good either. The Cincinnati Bengals are 12th in points allowed to fantasy running backs on the year. There have been only three games in which they allowed a rushing TD to a back.
Fantasy impact: He probably won’t be getting that many touches and the 49ers just don’t have the upside as an offense. He’s more of a flex this week.
