Chicago Bears wide receiver Alshon Jeffery is listed as questionable on his team's injury report for Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings.
Alshon Jeffery injury update: Bears WR listed as questionable for fantasy owners
The Bears’ No. 1 receiver is expected to take the field again on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.
Jeffery has been frequently listed on the report throughout the season as he deals with a lingering calf injury, but it was an illness that kept him out of Thursday’s session. He returned on Friday at a limited basis, but there does not seem to be any doubt that Jeffery will take the field against a divisional rival on Sunday.
Fantasy impact: Despite being banged up for much of the year, Jeffery has been a force in fantasy leagues of all formats when he takes the field. Coming off of another 100-yard effort in Week 14, Jeffery has now logged at least 85 yards in six of his eight appearances in 2015.
Though the Bears’ No. 1 receiver has a tougher matchup in the Vikings on Sunday, Jeffery posted a gaudy 10/116/1 line against them in their first meeting in Week 8. He remains a WR1 for Sunday and should be started without hesitation.
