Buffalo Bills running back Karlos Williams is officially active for Week 15. He'll make his return against Washington after missing two weeks with a shoulder injury.
Karlos Williams injury update: Bills RB ready for fantasy owners in Week 15
Williams will return to action after missing two games. We break down the fantasy implications.

Williams practiced in limited fashion this week, and despite Rex Ryan calling him "iffy" for today's matchup, the rookie is ready to go. He'll backup LeSean McCoy against a Washington run defense that ranks No. 24 in yards allowed per game.
Fantasy impact: When McCoy has been healthy, Williams has taken a backseat. He hasn’t seen double-digit touches in any game where he and McCoy played all four quarters. Shady’s game has also stepped up down the stretch in 2015.
Despite impressive touchdown numbers early in the year, Williams’ fantasy value isn’t worth much now. Washington presents a promising matchup for the Bills ground game. It should be McCoy in the spotlight, with Williams serving as a weak flex option at best for Week 15.
