The Miami Dolphins aren't losing any sleep over the loss of Mike Wallace. Jarvis Landry is stepping up in a big way this preseason. During the team's third preseason game on Saturday, Landry led the first-team offense with six targets in less than a half of action. Landry caught five of his targets for 84 yards. One of his catches resulted in a 46-yard gain.
Fantasy football draft strategy: Jarvis Landry fantasy value reaches boiling point
Jarvis Landry continues to deliver on the hype this preseason. We take a look at the fantasy implications.

Landry owes some of his success to the apparent improvement of quarterback Ryan Tannehill. Tannehill completed 15-of-19 passes for 149 yards and a touchdown. Landry started coming on strong during the last half of the 2014 season. He ended with 84 receptions for 758 yards and five touchdowns. If Tannehill can maintain his level of play into the 2015 season, he and Landry are poised for big numbers.
Fantasy impact: Landry is currently being drafted around the sixth round of most fantasy drafts. As of now, he’s a great value for anyone drafting him, but his preseason hype will likely result in earlier selections in most leagues. He’s a WR3 with tremendous upside in PPR leagues. He could very well eclipse 1,000 yards and close in on triple-digit receptions in 2015. The concern will be his ability to score touchdowns. This could be a breakout season for the second-year receiver.
