If you’re in the daily fantasy sports (DFS) game, you need as many tools as possible to help set your lineup. Sure, there are some things you’ll disagree with, but not acknowledging stats or information is usually a mistake. FanDuel had acquired NumberFire to help on some projections for NFL players for each week to give you another tool to help.
FanDuel Daily Fantasy projections, Week 2: Tight ends
Getting ready to make some money in FanDuel for Week 2? Check out NumberFire’s projections for tight end with some fantasy analysis.

Here are the tight ends for this week:
Top tier
Gronk is still Gronk, so he’s projected to the the top scorer even though he’s in a sub-par matchup. Although that’s a lot of money ($8,300) for a guy who will be triple-teamed at times. Greg Olsen is an interesting player here. Usually, the Houston Texans defend tight ends well, but Travis Kelce torched them last week.
Bargains
Jordan Reed is still reasonably priced at just $5,000 and now he’s not going to have DeSean Jackson with him. Plus, Washington can get a whole week to figure out how to use him against the St. Louis Rams. Eric Ebron is also a nice buy at $4,800. He should be a bigger part of the offense against a weak Minnesota Vikings defense. Jordan Cameron at $5,500 could also prove to be a nice purchase against a woeful Jacksonville Jaguars team.
Elite players with sub-par matchups
It’s really hard to say Jimmy Graham is in a sub-par matchup, but it might be hard to pony up $7,100. It makes more sense to save your money here and spend it elsewhere.
