Washington had a very interesting game in Week 2 against the St. Louis Rams for their first win. They ran the ball 37 times for 182 yards to pull out the win while quarterback Kirk Cousins only threw the ball 27 times.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 3: Pierre Garcon has run of the yard again
Washington is coming off a win and their passing game is taking a back seat. Should you start Pierre Garcon in fantasy on Thursday?

The good news is that he completed 23 of those passes for 203 yards. Receiver Pierre Garcon was targeted a team-high seven times, putting up 23 yards, six catches and one score. He's likely headed towards another big role on the outside with DeSean Jackson (hamstring) out for this one.
He's looking at a nice matchup against the New York Giants. In Week 2, Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan had a total QBR of 90.8 while Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo put up 85.9 despite throwing two interceptions and not having receiver Dez Bryant for much of the game.
Fantasy impact: If you’re feeling saucy and want some rooting interest on Thursday, Garcon is a playable WR2. Of course this is a road game and Cousins could fall apart, so there’s a lot of risk. He’s basically a boom-or-bust guy.
