Washington receiver DeSean Jackson has been ruled out for Thursday Night Football against the New York Giants due to a hamstring strain. He did not practice all week and is expected to miss more time going forward.
DeSean Jackson won’t play on Thursday, is just a fantasy stash
DeSean Jackson won’t suit up on Thursday night. We break down the fantasy implications.

Following his injury in Week 1, Jackson was expected to miss 2-4 weeks. Based on that, he's likely going to be out until Week 5 against the Atlanta Falcons. Jackson should be stashed in all leagues and could be a buy-low guy in standard formats, assuming it's for something you're not going to miss.
As for this week, it should be a two-man game on the receiving side of things. Receiver Pierre Garcon led the team in targets last week with seven, while tight end Jordan Reed had the most yardage with 82 yards. The only other non-back with more than one catch was second-year receiver Ryan Grant, with three.
Reed should be considered as a top-10 tight end even on the short week while Garcon is a WR2 in a PPR and a WR3 in standard. Of course, there's a lot of risk with both players considering Kirk Cousins is their quarterback.
