Cincinnati Bengals tight end Tyler Eifert will return to the field for the first time since Week 14 on Sunday. Eifert has cleared concussion protocol and will look to help the Bengals in a division win over the Baltimore Ravens. Sunday's game has postseason implications, as the Bengals are still in the hunt for the No. 2 seed in the AFC. Even if Eifert's snap count is limited a bit, he should see meaningful snaps in an important game. Quarterback A.J. McCarron has been in need of a more consistent option in the middle of the field and in the red zone.
Tyler Eifert injury update: Bengals TE is active for fantasy owners
Tyler Eifert is returning for the regular season finale. We take a look at the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: Despite missing a handful of games in 2015, Eifert has been a pleasant surprise for fantasy owners that drafted him in the later rounds. Through 12 games, he’s sitting at 48 receptions for 564 yards. His 12 touchdowns are the most of any tight end in the NFL this season. Eifert will likely be among the top tight ends drafted in 2016. He’s a top TE1 for anyone still fighting for a fantasy championship in Week 17.
