Tennessee Titans tight end Delanie Walker is a staple in the team’s offense even when he is dealing with injuries. Heading into Week 10, Walker was battling an ankle problem that he was able to play through and ended the game as the Titans’ leading receiver. He had six catches for 63 yards in the win over the Cincinnati Bengals. This was Walker’s third straight game with at least five catches and 60 yards. The 12th-year veteran also leads the Titans in targets and receptions so far this season.
Fantasy football start/sit, Week 11: What to do with Delanie Walker on Thursday night
Walker continues to lead the Titans in receiving despite battling injuries. We look at the fantasy impact.

Thursday night Walker will be nursing a wrist issue when he faces the Pittsburgh Steelers. He hurt his wrist on the final drive in Week 10 after taking a late hit. Walker has continually been a safe haven for QB Marcus Mariota in the passing game. He will have to work harder to stay productive against the Steelers defense that has only allowed 365 receiving yards to opposing TEs.
Fantasy impact: Walker gets a lot of touches, which is always good for fantasy. the unfortunate part of his game is he never scores. Walker does not have a touchdown yet this season and owners should not expect that to change in Week 11. Mariota clearly relies on his big man a lot, so his reception ceiling is high. Hopefully the wrist is not too problematic. Although he does not score touchdowns, Walker is still one of the better tight ends in the league this year.
