The New York Jets’ offense has a tough contest on their hands Thursday night against division rivals Buffalo, but tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins may be the key to getting past the Bills’ tough defense. The Bills’ defense is incredible, however they have been lit up by tight ends the last two games allowing 17 receptions for 236 passing yards and two touchdowns to opposing big men in Weeks 7 and 8. Tight ends caught around 75 percent of their targets against the Bills the past two weeks.
Fantasy football start/sit, Week 9: What to do with Austin Seferian-Jenkins on Thursday night
The Jets need a big game from their big man to get past the ferocious Bills defense. We look at the fantasy implications.

Seferian-Jenkins comes into Thursday night looking to reignite his touchdown streak that was broken in Week 8. He scored a touchdown three games in a row prior to Sunday’s loss to the Atlanta Falcons. ASJ leads the Jets in receptions, but he has not had a 50-yard reception game yet this season.
Fantasy impact: This could be a big week for ASJ with the Bills shutting down all other skill players on the field. The Jets have to throw the ball and the Bills have lost sight of tight ends recently, giving ASJ a window for a good fantasy output. With at least five targets in every game except one, ASJ should get plenty touches Thursday night to make an impact.
